I skipped the opening keynote by Shantanu Nayaren of Adobe and the talk by cognitive scientist Don Norman; my presentation is at 11am, and although I’m not a particularly nervous presenter, I felt that my time was better spent reviewing my notes, especially considering that I’ve crammed material from the three one-hour webinars that I did for TIBCO and my upcoming presentation at the Business Rules Forum into a single 30-minute blast. My only regret is missing Forrester’s opening short video of movie clips illustrating the “design for people, build for change” message; the ones yesterday were very funny, and I hope that they post them all on YouTube.
